"The van was ten years old with seats without correct seat belts. The driver took a long country road route home when the motorway would have been better. Driving at speed across country roads leaving us all feeling very uncomfortable. The driver was not at the airport arrivals and asked us to walk to meet him out of the airport arrivals car park which we refused having paid to be collected. We were expecting a Mercedes comfortable trip home after a nightmare 24 hour travel cancellation issue and were greeted with an unroadworthy vehicle. We had to load our own cases into the van. This service was overall disgraceful from start to finish. I did not feel safe on the journey with my family. I will not be using this service again. Not worth the money and certainly not executive travel. A disgusting experience "
